What Information Do I Need To Sign My Company Up For MEIRT?

To ensure that you are able to register for MERIT successfully, please be sure to gather the following information before you get started:

  1. User Registration
      • Company EIN 
      • Invite Code (provided to you via email or mail from MERIT)
      • Valid email address
  2. Employer Onboarding
      • Company Legal Name and DBA Name
      • Physical Address 
      • Mailing address, if different than the physical address
      • Phone number
      • Name of your payroll company
      • All Payroll schedules for your business (there might only be one)
      • Bank Account ACH information from where your company wants to remit contributions
      • All eligible Employee information
