You can switch languages anytime – it only takes a click. Your online portal is available in 20 languages to support your unique needs.
Option 1:
- Log in to your account online.
- Scroll to the bottom of any page until you reach the footer.
- Click the globe icon that says English.
- Select your desired language and then click Update.
Option 2:
- Log in to your account online.
- Hover over the “Profile” icon where it says your name in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Security Center.
- Select Language.
- Select your desired language and then click Update.
- Your choice will be saved and used across devices and the mobile app.
Note: Updating your portal language does not change the official legal language of contracts or core plan documents (these are often in English, but translations may be provided for convenience). If you need help understanding official documents, consider using translated copies (if available) or asking a trusted advisor, advocate, or professional for assistance.
